Hi, my name is Caitlin! I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011, and I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Missouri (MTIM) right here in Columbia. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of massage settings, gaining experience in different techniques and approaches. In 2018, I took the leap and started my own business, allowing me to fully tailor my practice to meet the needs of my clients.

Menu / Price List

Massage price varies depending on length of time

Deep Tissue

$45-$150

Focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Helps break up knots, adhesions and chronic pain. It improves range of motion and circulation. 

Relaxation

$45-$150

A gentle, soothing massage to reduce stress and muscle tension. Helps with circulation and promotes a general sense of relaxation. 

Vacuum Therapy

$45-$110

This is non- invasive that uses suction cups to massage the skin. It can help reduce cellulite and scar tissue. Improves circulation, Lymphatic Drainage and range of motion.

Hot Stone

$90-$120

Warm stones are used to massage and relax sore muscles. It can help enhance other therapeutic massage technique. 

Raindrop Therapy

$95-$165

This technique uses essential oils to promote relaxation and circulation. It’s a great detox! Oils are applied  in a specific order and dropped onto the body like rain drops. 

Pre-Natal

$45-$110

This massage is designed for expecting mothers. It’s a gentle  and supportive massage that helps alleviate discomforts that come with pregnancy.
